We aim to be clear and straightforward in everything we do.
We stand behind the quality of every Sauna Armour product. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the beanie is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. Because sauna beanies are worn in high-heat, high-sweat environments, we cannot accept used items for return due to health and safety reasons. If your beanie arrives damaged or defective, email us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
Refund Processing
Once your return is inspected and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Orders cannot be refunded while in transit.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. Shipping issues such as delays or lost packages are handled in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

A defect in materials and workmanship is defined as a manufacturing flaw that prevents the product from functioning as intended. Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect performance are not considered defects.
